Curriculum Developer (Remote, USA)

About the Role:A Curriculum Developer is responsible for the consistent design, development and deployment of technical and solution training for Velotic, its channel, partners and customers.  This position reports to the Curriculum Leader, Velotic Education Services and works integrally with associated teams to deliver our curriculum plan.  This will include select duties as designer, content developer, and editor.  Successful candidates must be able work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and services teams in the development of technical enablement assets.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum DesignStudent persona(s) selectionModality selection (eg. eLearning, video-based, self-guided hands on, Instructor-Led, examination and certification)Learning objectives and outcomesProject planningSME coordinationCurriculum DevelopmentGeneration of Video, HTML and PDF assets - studentDevelopment of presentation assets, guides - instructorCourseware templating for LMSSample system constructionCurriculum lifecycle management and maintenanceReview feedback and metricsReview lifecycle stage and estimate maintenance effortRevise or repurpose materials according to forecasted needsCommunicate progress to functional stakeholders
