Program Manager

The Opportunity:As Program Manager, you will join our growing Enterprise PMO function and lead enterprise level initiatives that are critical to scaling our business. You’ll oversee cross-functional programs, driving accountability and alignment to ensure successful outcomes. Our PMO thrives in a growth environment where structure is evolving - you’ll help set that structure while still getting things done.

What You’ll Do:Lead medium to large-scale programs across multiple teams and stakeholdersDefine program objectives, scope, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business strategyDevelop and implement governance frameworks, reporting, and cadences that create visibility and accountabilityNavigate ambiguity to drive clarity, focusing teams on priorities and decisionsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels, influencing outcomes through collaborationIdentify, track, and mitigate risks while ensuring dependencies are managed effectivelyCoach and mentor team members on program management practices
