You are joining a team that cares for the well-being of our colleagues by working together in a supportive, collaborate and agile environment.Position SummaryManages the coordination, planning, and implementation of new and remodel construction projects for both retail and enterprise locations. Coordinates and implements new construction through development of the project budgets and schedules, management of construction documentation, coordination to obtain permits, bidding and reviewing contracts, and construction administration. Implements remodel construction for various scopes identified for the retail environment, including budget and schedule management, coordination of construction personnel, reporting and project close out.The candidate must be in one of these state locations to be considered for this position:New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts or Rhode IslandPrimary Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with internal real estate team, business units, A&E, and contractors to evaluate strategies, opportunities, develop proposed scope, budget, and schedule, analyze the feasibility and present proposed deals to senior leadership for approval.

Manage approved retail projects through inception to completion.

Manage construction projects including the design, budget, permits, contracts, reporting, construction, and delivery of the completed projects per CVS designs and standards, on schedule, and within budget.

Fiscal responsibility for approximately $15M+ in expense and capital budgets annually.

Manage CVS preferred vendors during active projects: General Contractors, Merchandise Vendors, Architects, and suppliers.

Visit construction projects to verify that scope of work is completed in accordance with CVS Health plans, specifications, and standards.

Complete merchandising activities, to include merchandising walks with our operational partners, place material orders for merchandising items, complete merchandise punch walks, and complete merchandise follow up visits and closeout.

Manage merchandise and construction punch list and project closeout process.

Review schedules, budgets, and resolve project issues.

Ability to adapt in an ever-changing retail environment.

Represent CVS Health with state and city agencies and boards as it relates to planning and construction.

Required Qualifications· 7+ years of strong project management experience with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Knowledge of all aspects of the design and construction process including industry standards and costs.· Strong project management and communication skills.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, Outlook, etc.).· Proficiency with proprietary Project Management software.· Strong presentation skills.· Travel 50-75% (2-4 days weekly) This is depending on current workloads which shift throughout the year.· Be able to work remotely, initiative-taker, with minimal daily oversight and guidance required.Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs.

EducationBachelor's degree (Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management / or similar)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
