We are conducting this research study to examine the interaction between physical activity and the circadian system (24-hr body clock). Physical activity is known to improve health and reduce the risk for cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes. With your participation, we will be able to examine whether such relationship can be used to enhance the health benefits of physical activity.
