Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) position provides clinical and selling support in hospital and procedures, while ensuring customer service for existing and new customers, sales logistics, technical expertise, asset management, and product knowledge.The ASR is responsible for supporting NeuWave sales growth initiatives and maintaining/managing physician and account relationships within their geographical region. The ASR will identify physician sales opportunities in NeuWave accounts, uncover stakeholder goals and deliver NeuWave training pathway to targeted customers. Regularly the ASR will serve as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room, during live casesThis position requires extensive travel within the Region with the possibility of weekend work and/or overnight travel. Majority of time will be spent in hospital setting and physician offices and includes sales related activity and coverage of cases in interventional radiology (IR) and operating room (OR).As an ASR, you will be aligned to support customers by working with and under the guidance of the local sales team (Territory Managers and Account Managers). Following successful completion of the ASR role, promotion to Sales Representative may include an additional relocation within the US.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $53,000-$74,000 annually.This position is eligible for a company car through the Companys FLEET program.

Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

A Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college is required

The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment is required

A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required

The ability to travel which may include weekend and/or overnight travel

Ability to travel up to 50% 80%

This position requires travel and relocation with uncertainty of final territory responsibility.

Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills required

Experienced in data analysis and have excellent problem-solving skills required

Results orientation/sense of urgency ability to drive to tight timelines required

Internal and external customer focus required

Ability to work independently and autonomously required

PREFERED:

2 years of relevant sales or professional experience is preferred

Documentation of successful sales performance is preferred.
