You’ll gain a global perspective and an awareness of tax issues stemming from changes to evolving business structures and geographic expansions.Our team provides our clients with investment advice based on expected tax leakage and associated tax risk. Assisting in tax structuring of funds and investments, and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows and exits to enhance investor returns; and,
Considerable knowledge of public accounting practices, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements, utilizing technical skills in the following areas:
Assisting financial services companies and investment firms/managers to understand and assess the tax impact of their operations and cross border M&A transactions;
Researching tax and consulting within an international taxation environment with a focus of M&A. Prior tax due diligence experience preferred;
Assisting in tax structuring of funds and investments, and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows and exits to enhance investor returns; and,
Considerable knowledge of public accounting practices, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
Analyzing structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective; and,
Improving tax efficiencies of cross border flows in an M&A context. Demonstrates extensive experience identifying and addressing client needs including the following areas:
Assisting financial services companies and investment firms/managers to understand and assess the tax impact of their operations and cross border M&A transactions;
Researching tax and consulting within an international taxation environment with a focus of M&A. Prior tax due diligence experience preferred;
Assisting in tax structuring of funds and investments, and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows and exits to enhance investor returns; and,
Considerable knowledge of public accounting practices, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
Analyzing structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective; and,
Improving tax efficiencies of cross border flows in an M&A context.
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
Communicating value propositions;
Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and,
Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as tax technical business advisor, including the following:
Assisting financial services companies and investment firms/managers to understand and assess the tax impact of their operations and cross border M&A transactions;
Researching tax and consulting within an international taxation environment with a focus of M&A. Prior tax due diligence experience preferred;
Assisting in tax structuring of funds and investments, and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows and exits to enhance investor returns; and,
Considerable knowledge of public accounting practices, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
Analyzing structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective; and,
Improving tax efficiencies of cross border flows in an M&A context.
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
