Required Knowledge and Skills :Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success managing efforts in the following areas related to the SFDC Alliance:

Understanding of SFDC technologies and product offerings, emphasizing the articulation of the business benefits of such products; rigorous planning and follow-through on objectives set forth by the program, including a proven record of managing projects that emphasize reporting, issue resolution, and cost-benefit analyses;

Identifying and addressing team needs, including building proven relationships with diverse teams; developing an awareness of Firm services;

Approaching teams in an organized manner;

Delivering clear requests for information;

Encouraging improvement and innovation and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,

Utilizing project management methods, stakeholder management, budget analysis, program controls, project management related desktop applications, and time and resource management tools to meet targets and deliverables in a deadline-driven and matrix professional services business environment, while working on complex workstreams that support operations of a program.

Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Master DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and/or success in a role managing and executing, several of the following focus areas related to supporting the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Alliance:

Driving the execution and management of support activities within the SFDC Alliance strategic plan;

Managing a complex business workstream or multiple business workstreams within the SFDC Alliance, including supporting Salesforce.com Alliance leadership in alliance management and operations execution;

Messaging consistently and clearly maintaining insight of SFDC Alliance sales activities, coordinating efforts to the annual business plan and supporting Alliance leadership in relationship development and solution execution, while working directly with vendors;

Building key relationships with SFDC Alliance management and counterparts - e.g., VP of Product Development, Alliance Manager);

Collaborating with cross-functional teams on executing Alliance initiatives - providing input to, based on assigned initiatives, and assisting with the coordination and execution of annual business and ongoing joint planning sessions and/or workshops with the Alliances and Firm leaders to maintain ongoing strategic alignment, maintaining insight of SFDC Alliance sales activities, and coordinating efforts to the annual business plan;

Maintaining SFDC alliance program certification levels, if applicable; promoting and educating sales, marketing, and staff on SFDC Alliance-specific solutions and benefits;

Assisting with marketing and sales programs that drive revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are taking place - e.g., coordinating joint SFDC marketing events for potential clients; and,

Maintaining insight of SFDC Alliance sales activities, and coordinate efforts to the annual business plan;

Communicating SFDC Alliance workstream progress, issues, and expectations; and,

Taking corrective actions whenever necessary; and, monitoring research and PR on the SFDC Alliance and understanding the competitive landscape.
