Job Description

The Senior Systems Administrator role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of an IT infrastructure team responsible for supporting a wide range of technologies including core business systems such as Share Point Online and systems administration tasks around disaster recovery and business continuity for the on-premises and Microsoft cloud technology infrastructure. Responsibilities cover areas such as on-premises Active Directory, back-ups, recovery, file permissions and maintenance, system OS and software upgrades, software configuration, software licensing, and support maintenance agreements.

This role is part of the Information Services (IS) Team at Bridgespan and reports to the Associate Director of IT Infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot core systems and applications
  • Protect systems from data loss
  • Support IS support requests, upgrades
  • Build new systems
  • Maintain server room, assists with installations
  • Create test, manage document policies
  • Support warranties, licenses, contracts for support
  • End support for general tech issues
  • Occassional travel to New York, San Fran
