Devops Engineer

We are looking for a Devops Engineer for one of our clients. This will be an on-site position based in Boston, MA. Position: Devops Engineer Location: Boston, MA Job Length: Long term Position Type: W2/C2C Requirements: An ideal candidate would be someone who has solid experience with hands-on implementations in at least one programming/scripting language like: groovy, python or bash. Who we feel can bring the right aptitude to take on other areas of our pipelines/automation implementations. Coz since we work very closely with developers as a service team to all delivery tracks - we need team members who can implement stuff to fill in the gaps, be it pipeline enhancements, automations etc as opposed to someone who is more into tooling and just infrastructure side of things.

• Bachelor Degree or 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on implementations in at least one programming/scripting language like: groovy, python or bash Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools.
• Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices
