Senior Level Java Engineer

This is a Boston based job looking to hire a Senior-Level Engineer to their team. This team is working hard to create a platform that is aiming to help lower the prices of pharmaceutical drugs in the US. They have come up with a great strategy to create a proprietary data set to give visibility to pricing and leverage for future negotiation with major pharma distributors. To help improve the health outcomes for many people become a part of this team! This is a unique opportunity for a senior engineer to use their skills with a very large and complex system. You will be an essential part of the company's mission all while encountering many fun engineering problems to solve! Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
• 7+ years experience in developing Java components
• 3+ years experience in architecting and designing
• 3+ years experience with Spring Boot and JPA
• Functional Java Programming experience
• Knowledge of SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate, Eclipse Link)
• Test driven development experience using Junit 5
• Knowledge on Agile Development

• React/Redux (front-end development)
• AWS RDS, AWS Elastic Beanstalk & AWS Lambda experience
• Cloud application integration experience

• 10% Front End
• 90% Back End

• Competitive Salary: Up to $155-170K/year, DOE
