seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. North End Auto is seeking motivated individuals who has some past experience in sales / willing to learn . Paid training is provided on site.

Job Duties:

Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner

Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges

Performing vehicle walk around and acknowledging customer concerns on the repair order.

If the concern is not fully identified have a mechanic go for test drive to identify the concern

Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts

Maintains strong customer satisfaction

Advises customers and follow up on the progress of repairs of their cars daily.

Report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

Job Requirements:

Prior sales experience will be helpful but not mandatory

Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Must have excellent computer skills

If the concern is not fully identified have a mechanic go for test drive with the customer to identify the concern.
