An exciting opportunity to work closely with sales management of the country’s foremost maker of fine clocks. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Customer Service, the ideal candidate will be energetic, detailed oriented and a self-starter. This is a part-time position which may lead to full-time in the future. He/She must have prior inside sales experience and can bring the following qualities to this position:

Excellent Communication Skills – Ability and confidence to interact with outside customers and internal staff.

Proven Administrative Skills - Ability to manage inbound and outbound sales activity, resolving customer issues, entering customer orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide telephone service support to a variety of customers and end users.

Receive, record, and log in clocks for repair department.

Email/mail repair estimates to customers and follow up for payment.

Process orders, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment and order priority.

Provide customer support for repair department, wholesale dealers and e-commerce.

Assist in maintaining Microsoft Great Plains and Sugar CRM databases

Perform variety of general support and administrative duties, as needed.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree, or some college, or equivalent work experience

Prior customer service experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook required. Familiarity with Sugar CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus.
