The Doggie Depot - Boarding Manager

The Doggie Depot is looking for a boarding manager to run our Doggie Hotel, at our new 25,000 sqft facility in Danvers. We are looking for someone who is experienced in the pet industry and who has a managerial history. You need to be a very responsible, reliable and a dedicated employee. This is a salary position that comes with paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays. And, we offer medical and dental insurance, along with a 401k plan. Please be aware that with this type of business, we are busier around school breaks and holidays, so you will need to be available at these times. Duties will include, but not be limited to, day to day operations of the Hotel, including running the front desk, handling customer service/satisfaction, seeing to the comfort and care of our doggie guests, hiring, training, and managing boarding staff along with setting their schedules. You will be the point person, dealing with customers directly, by email and in person. So, you'll need to be well written and well spoken. This position, along with all positions we offer at The Doggie Depot, requires that you have the physical strength and ability to handle dogs confidently and safely.
