Tax Specialist - from Dec 2025 thru April 2026

Role Description

This is a seasonal full-time, on-site role located in Plymouth, MA from December 2025 through April 2026. The Tax Return Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supervised by a Certified Public Accountant. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data and providing exceptional customer service throughout the tax preparation process. You may work directly with clients to gather necessary financial documentation and answer their questions while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Proficiency with ProSeries tax software

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in managing customer returns and resolving related issues

Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and ensure accuracy in tax preparation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

Customer service aptitude and the ability to provide professional client support

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or CPA certification or similar is a plus
