Summary/Objective

The Compliance Manager owns clients' contracting from intake to signature. Leads complex negotiations, drives faster cycle times, manages risk, and shapes the legal framework that supports company’s quality standards and growth.Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements to prevent legal risks.Develop and enforce internal policies and corporate values.Review customer, supplier, and employment contracts as well as customs and export-control matters for compliance with legal and internal requirements.Develop and implement compliance tools and compliance management systems.Conduct internal compliance audits.Prevent violations relating to data protection, corruption, corporate espionage, and other unethical conduct.Organize and/or deliver compliance training.Report to executive management.
