Caregiver/CNA for disabled parent

I am looking for a caregiver for my Dad in my home while I am working. This would be the perfect job for CNAs looking for extra hours or someone in college training to go into healthcare. I will train the right individual. Duties include bed bathing, wound dressing changes, getting him in/out of bed into his wheelchair, preparing food, getting drinks, light cleaning of his bedroom/laundry. Hours can be flexible depending on your availability. My Dad is a quadriplegic and needs total assistance. Must be able to lift some as he is a grown man.
