Site Coordinator & Academic Instructor, Out-of-School Youth Program

MBA Growth Partners is seeking a Site Coordinator & Academic Instructor to lead daily operations and provide academic support for our Out-of-School Program serving youth ages 12–16. This role combines site leadership with hands-on instructional support and is ideal for experienced educators or youth development professionals.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations at the program site

-Supervise and support program staff

- Provide academic tutoring and homework assistance

- Plan and implement engaging educational and enrichment activities

- Track attendance, participation, and student progress

- Communicate with families, schools, and community partners

- Ensure compliance with safety, reporting, and program requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or related field

- At least three years of experience working in youth or educational programs

- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

- Experience providing academic instruction or tutoring

- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain

- Ability to pass criminal and child abuse background checks
