CONSTRUCTION LABORER needed

Temporary/1099 position - Laborer needed for 3-4 week construction project in Lexington Park. Experience in interior demolition is a plus. Please don't respond unless you meet ALL of the following requirements:

- MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK for military base access

- must complete a W9 form for taxes

- 2 years of labor experience on a construction site

- punctual and hard working

- reliable and trustworthy

- must have your own transportation to and from the job site

- must be available to work M-F starting at 6am

- good pair of construction boots

- if hired, must stay for the duration of the project

- it's a plus if you have tools

As mentioned above, this is a 3-4 week project. Compensation is $25/hour, paid weekly via company check. If you are hired, and you make a good impression, there will be many opportunities for future employment.
