Cleaning person needed for Airbnb rental property!

We are looking for a reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented cleaning person who takes pride in her/his work. This person will be responsible for cleaning the house after guests stay and setting up the house for the next guests. During high season months April through October there can be 8-12 cleanings per month; during low season only 2-4 per month.

Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, and counters.

Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surfaces.

Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen, including refrigerator and oven, as well as the two bathrooms.

Making beds and fluffing pillows.

Scrubbing and sanitizing all surfaces.

Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.

Follow homeowners instructions on how to leave the house ready for the next guest.

Have a smartphone to take photos and report to the homeowners if there is any damage when a guest leaves the house.

Washing and folding linens and towels.

Schedule: will vary depending on the reservations. While we will make every effort to provide at least 1-2 weeks notice, the ideal person will be flexible to accommodate last minute reservations.

Pay Rate: commensurate with experience and performance. We pay a flat fee for cleaning plus additional pay for washing/folding linens and towels as well as additional cleaning needed after a guest has brought a pet.
