Area Service Manager - Mixed Use

PURPOSEThe Area Service Manager- Mixed Use is a portfolio-based leadership role supporting Morguard across multiple asset classes. This role supports Residential Management, HOA Management, Commercial Management, commercial tenants, and site teams by executing the Company maintenance program, enhancing operational efficiencies, overseeing maintenance and capital projects, and driving accountability across a complex mixed-use portfolio while maintaining a portfolio-wide perspective. This role also serves as a key partner to The Square and Northgate's commercial and retail tenants, fostering strong tenant relationships and ensuring maintenance and operational activities support tenant business needs and overall asset performance.
