We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will assist in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects, contributing to the development of sustainable infrastructure in our community.Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3DConduct site visits and field investigations to gather data and assess project requirementsPerform engineering calculations and analyze data to support project designsCollaborate with senior engineers and project managers on various aspects of civil engineering projectsAssist in the preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and technical documentationParticipate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clientsSupport the development and implementation of quality control proceduresStay updated on local building codes, regulations, and industry best practicesContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
