CLICK HERE: Project Manager VideoThis job posting in particular is for a project manager who will focus on Building Automation System design. In this capacity, you will:
Review contracts, construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, engineered shop drawings, performance data, sequences of operations, and bills of material to identify gaps and inconsistencies related to BAS design and develop action plans to address.
Create scopes of work for in house engineers and designers to streamline design durations and increase quality.
Initiate communication with 3 rd party equipment manufacturers’ representatives and engineers to establish fully coordinated control sequences, installation requirements, and communication protocols during the design phase.
Coordinate with multiple trades’ construction personnel, ensuring submitted design information is per approved and most recent mechanical dimensions, circuit allocation, and architectural design.
Develop plan to ensure network and server design allows for testing & balancing and 3 rd party commissioning as required per project schedule and owner startup and testing of IT equipment.
Oversee the procurement of supplies and materials required for project completion, and actively participate in project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency
You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
3+ Years Technical and project management experience in the HVAC controls industry
Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams; knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software packages used to manage large construction project PDF plans (e.g. Bluebeam REVU, Plangrid, Autodesk Insight/Build)
Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for employer-based sponsorship currently or in the future
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred
5+ years technical and project management experience in the HVAC controls industry

The pay range for this position is $87,900 - $150,600 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
