JMT, is currently ranked #59 on Engineering News-Record’s list of the Top 500 Design Firms.Position Summary: This position will provide support to Construction Managers, with input data into the Project Management Information System throughout the contract administration, invoicing, closeout/archive, etc.). Provide contractual, financial, and administrative support to multiple departments. Project management and financial assistance related to contractual management including preparation of reports, price proposals, change orders, requests for information, subconsultant agreements, and budgets. Understand each client’s contractual and financial requirements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers, Senior Project Management Assistant and Project Management Assistant II in contract/project administration and management, which may include the following: PMIS reports for submission to clients

Continuously track and monitor RFI’S/Material Submittals and Contractor Invoices and budgets

Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Management Assistant, Project Controls Manager to communicate the status of action items

Data Input into Procure

Update task tabulations spreadsheets and other contract/project performance tracking spreadsheets

Utilize Power BI project reports for contract and task performance and budget tracking

Edit, format and finalize specifications and reports for submission to clients

Nonessential or Additional Functions and Responsibilities

Create, edit and distribute meeting notes

Organize and coordinate reports

Conduct tracking of action items to ensure timely responses

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and efficiency in Data Entry

Diligence and strong work ethic

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow directions

Good team-player

Required Experience

High School Diploma required

2- 4 years of relevant experience required

Experience using construction management software Procure

Associates Degree or a Four-Year Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field is preferred

Working ConditionsWork is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking.
