job detailsjob summary:A Product Development Project Manager Senior is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Hagerstown, MD area. This position requires a team-oriented individual responsible for ensuring timely aftermarket deliveries and coordinating between technology product streams and Vehicle development teams.location: Hagerstown, Marylandjob type: Contractsalary: $40.70 - 47.71 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:

Ensure timely Aftermarket deliveries, supporting the industrialization process.

Facilitate communication between technology product streams and Vehicle development teams for Aftermarket scope.

Approve and document Project/Introblock scope, including Aftermarket readiness.

Monitor and ensure work is executed according to plan and approved scope.

Ensure functional testing and validation align with Aftermarket standards.

Assess feasibility solutions and identify cost impacts for Aftermarket inputs.

Responsible for Aftermarket deliverables within Vehicle and Powertrain scope.

Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Experience with Agile/SAFe Framework.

Knowledge of vehicle development and product in the automotive industry.

Experience in Aftermarket business preferred.

Education and Experience:

Minimum BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.

5 to 10 years of product development and project management experience.
