Lead Concierge

The Concierge Lead is a working concierge responsible providing first-class customer service to residents, family members and guests of Asbury Methodist Village. This position is responsible for the daily concierge tasks within the community and will assist the Residential Living team with duties to include maintaining the concierge schedule, managing Kronos, the Manager on Duty process, and new resident orientation.Essential Functions:Develops work schedulesEnsures Concierges are continually educated on community programming, events, services, resources, policies, as well as changes within the community that impact residentsCollaborates with Director of Resident Living to ensure resident satisfaction
