Senior Civil Engineer (10-15 years)

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with ten to fifteen years of experience for our DC Metro office. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm. The successful individual will work closely with our business development team and other discipline leaders in developing technical proposals and will take a proactive role in marketing/business development. This role provides the opportunity to help build and mentor a dedicated team of engineering professionals within a collaborative multidiscipline office. This candidate will be working directly with clients providing consulting services.The ideal candidate will have experience in providing engineering for a variety of projects involving in the design of sites, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, utility infrastructure, erosion control measures and coordinating multifaceted projects.  We are seeking innovative, results-oriented individuals who value high standards of performance and collaborative teamwork.
