Painter/Powder Coater - CNC Machine Shop/Sheet Metal Fabrication house

We’re a long-established CNC machining and sheet-metal shop expanding our in-house finishing capabilities. We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Painter who can perform mil-spec Polane/polyurethane painting and help us set up a new powder coating line.

Responsibilities:

Mil-spec painting (Polane, polyurethane, epoxy)

Prep, masking, spraying, curing

Reading drawings & finish specs

Setting up powder coating equipment, workflow, and procedures

Maintaining finish quality & documentation

Qualifications:

5+ years industrial/mil-spec painting

Experience with Polane or similar systems

Powder coating setup or operation a plus

Strong finishing, prep, and QC skills
