TIG Welder – Second Shift & Weekends

We are a long-established CNC machining and sheet-metal fabrication shop seeking an experienced TIG Welder to support our second shift and weekend operations. This role requires a high level of precision and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

Fit, weld, and finish precision components while holding tolerances of ±0.005"

Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications:

3+ years TIG welding experience (aerospace or precision fabrication preferred)

Proven ability to hold ±0.005" tolerances on welded assemblies

Strong skills in thin-gauge welding and consistent bead quality

Ability to work independently on second shift and weekends

Experience with fixture-based welding and small-batch production is a plus

Weekend availability required
