Position Overview

The Job Site Coordinator & Warehouse Associate is responsible for two main functions within our operations department:

1 - Job Site Coordination: Serving as the on-site coordinator for Greenervolts, supporting electrical contractors during LED fixture installation projects, ensuring installations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

2 - Warehouse Management: Overseeing the inventory, organization, and flow of LED lighting products within the Greenervolts warehouse.

The anticipated time spent on site vs. in the warehouse is 60/40. Greenervolts can provide a vehicle to travel to and from the work sites if needed.

Responsibilities

Part 1: Job Site Coordinator

Serve as the primary on-site representative for Greenervolts during installation projects.

Coordinate activities with electrical contractors to ensure accurate and efficient LED lighting installation.

Deliver and stage lighting materials on-site based on project needs.

Monitor installation progress and identify potential issues before they impact the schedule.

Communicate real-time project updates to internal teams.

Capture progress photos, completion documentation, and site notes for each job.

Report or missing materials, installation questions, or unexpected site conditions.

Interface professionally with facilities personnel, on-site managers, and customers.

Ensure proper cleanup and site organization at the end of each workday.

Verify final counts and report any discrepancies in fixture installations.

Part 2: Warehouse Associate

Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping LED lighting materials.

Maintain an organized warehouse layout ensuring easy access and efficient workflow.

Receive shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and log all incoming inventory.

Track and maintain accurate inventory levels using digital systems/software.

Prepare and package materials for delivery to job sites according to project needs.

Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as assigned.

Organize materials for project staging to support efficient job site execution.

Maintain documentation including packing lists, receiving logs, and material transfers.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse management or related field.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Comfortable working on job sites (interior and exterior) and inside warehouse environments.

Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.

Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred, not required).
