Brewery Kitchen Staff

We are a new Brewery looking to hire quality employees who can learn quickly and grow with us. We serve appetizers, hand held, and finger foods.

Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Traits

-Positive Attitude and willingness to learn

-Able to work in a fast paced environment and move quickly

-Works well in a team environment

-Experience in a kitchen setting

Duties include:

Prep and cut vegetables, fruits, ect

Refill sauce bottles and maintain a stocked station

Follow recipes, including measuring

Bake, grill items to appropriate temperature

Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils

Execute opening and closing procedures

Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment

Accommodate guests special requests

Other duties as assigned
