We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Game Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Game Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the pickup, delivery, setup, and cleanup of various games and gear for our clients. You will ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience by providing games and gear for events, provide guidance on how to use the equipment and ensuring cleanliness.

Candidates must deliver with their own vehicle that is capable of transporting multiple games (Truck or SUV), company vehicle is not provided.

Responsibilities:

Pickup games and gear from our storage unit in Frederick, MD

Deliver games and gear to clients’ specified locations.

Set up games and gear as needed, ensuring they are ready for use.

Provide guidance and instructions to clients on how to use the games and gear effectively.

Pickup games and gear from clients once their event or gathering is complete.

Return games and gear to the storage unit.

Clean games and gear as needed, ensuring they are in excellent condition for future use.

Communicate effectively with clients and the team to ensure smooth operations.​

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Prior experience in delivery or event services is a plus but not required.​
