DescriptionSAIC is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade, MD. This opportunity is a part of the USMC Joint Force HQ Cyber Support Services (JFHQ-CSS) II program.The USMC Joint Force HQ Cyber Support Services (JFHQ-CSS) II includes: operational planning, assessment of operational readiness and effectiveness, intelligence planning and policy, all-source intelligence analysis, research and systems integration. Comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters - Cyber (JFHQ-C) Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command and Cyberspace Operations - Integrated Planning Element (CO-IPE, formerly JFHQ-C Forward).JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide all-source intelligence production and analysis in support of offensive and defensive operations across the full spectrum of cyberspace services.

Conduct analytic research, analysis and production of formal threat assessments, submission and response to intelligence requests for information (RFI), integration of all intelligence disciplines (including OSINT) and provide formal feedback to intelligence reporting authors/sources up to the TS/SCI level.

Participate in analytic exchanges with higher and adjacent headquarters as required, including USCYBERCOMs Joint Operations center (JOC), Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN), adjacent Service Cyber Component Headquarters, and other Joint Force Headquarters Cyber and the broader intelligence community.

QualificationsRequired Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience as a military intelligence analyst, with specific experience in analysis and production of formal threat assessments; preparation of intelligence requests for information; integrating of all intelligence disciplines (including OSINT); years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required Experience:

Must have experience with all-source Intelligence with a strong focus on SIGINT production; analysis and integration of all intelligence disciplines.

Understanding of the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace process and Joint Targeting process.

Preparation of intelligence requests for information.

Experience in preparation of comprehensive written reports, presentations, and charts based on research, collection and analysis.

Hands on experience using link analysis and other analytical techniques to visualize relationships.

Required clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly dated within the last 5 years.

Desired experience:

Working experience with the Cyber Mission Force and USCYBERCOM.

Experience supporting Special Operations organizations or INDOPACOM
