Program Analyst III

BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst III to support the Integration Office within a federal CBRND program. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys keeping teams organized, supporting leadership, and helping programs run smoothly.You’ll work closely with program leads and stakeholders to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams.What You’ll DoSupport daily program operations by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverablesPrepare and update briefings, reports, and other materials for leadershipCoordinate meetings and working groups (scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-ups)Track action items and help ensure timely completionMaintain program documentation, including trackers, status reports, and SharePoint contentCommunicate updates, risks, and issues to team members and stakeholdersAssist with organizing and reviewing program documents, policies, and guidanceSupport coordination across teams to keep efforts aligned and information flowingHelp identify and improve simple processes to increase team efficiency
