Facilities Maintenance Technician

Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for a Facilities Technician to work with our Operations team in Easton, MD.Facilities Technician responsibilities include:Performs general maintenance of buildings Maintains storage (organize and inventory), ensures equipment/supplies are available and in good working orderSet up rooms and test units for studies; provide basic repairs to laboratory test systemsMay handle regulated materials, potential biohazard materials, and toxic chemicals using proper labeling and dilutionPerform grounds maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, removal of leaves, landscape maintenance, snow and ice removal, maintenance of driveways and parking areasCompletes cleaning, maintenance, and assigned tasks as directed by supervisorCommunicates effectively and regularly with supervisor regarding timelines, project completion, and any issues that may ariseCompletes documentation legibly, timely, and accurately according to all regulatory requirementsMaintains and completes equipment logbooks
