We're conveniently located off of RT 50 across from Queenstown Premium Outlets. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for the right candidate. On Target Earnings for year 1 with commission is 100k+ for the right employee
Description:
Arkadia Kitchen and Bath Design Center offers a spectacular interactive showroom experience. Our showroom, offering endless ideas everywhere you look, features hundreds of products from most innovative and environmentally friendly brands in countertops, cabinetry, tile and fixtures.
The Designer/Sales Associate is the sole point of contact with our customers throughout the sales process and is responsible for successfully closing deals, creating CAD layouts as well detail drawings, using 2020 design software. Work environment is comfortable with frequent opportunity to move about. Light lifting is required occasionally. Drafting help is available for the right candidate with exceptional sales acumen.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Meets with customers in showroom and in home to determine customer needs and ideas. Provides inspiration in color matching and materials
Educates customers on a wide variety of products to help them make informed decisions
Takes measurements on site and creates 2D/3D design layouts
Presents layouts and design concept to customers to win sales
Meets agreed upon sales targets
Constantly seeks new knowledge to stay informed on new software, product lines and services.
Sharply focused on customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency using 2020 Design Software
1 year of relevant work experience (kitchen and bath)
Strong problem solving skills with creativity
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to read blueprints
Knowledge of building materials, design terminology, cabinet nomenclature and government regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience; base salary and commission.
