(21044) Eligibility: W-2 - Those who can work without sponsorship are eligible to apply Clearance: Must Get Public Trust to keep position.Our Fortune 100 Client has an immediate long term opening for a Full Stack Developer ( Back end Focus).They will be supporting a Federal Agency expert in Healthcare.As a Full Stack Developer supporting the Agency activities in Columbia, MD, the candidate will be trusted to provide backend (and frontend) development support of the AGENCY Enterprise Portal. They will provide best practices to design single-page architecture (SPA) applications and microservices using cutting edge and open-source technologies,including Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Node.JS, RESTful, HTML5, Angular, JavaScript, Google Analytics, Tealium and AWS technologies. They will work in an Agile development environment to support short sprints and rapid delivery of releases. In this role, a typical day will include:o Developing state-of-the-art systems that enhance the existing commercial and in-house developed software by adding web-services’ capabilitieso Developing RESTful services which will be hosted on AWSo Writing reusable, testable, and efficient codeo Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications that adhere to security and data protection requirementso Participating in the PI Planning and SAFe Iteration ceremonieso Actively collaborating with the cross functional teams, such as Requirements, Testing and Infrastructure teamso Proactively planning daily development activities, estimating detail design and development efforts, and adhering to development timelines specified by the scheduleREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSo Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldo 5+ years of experience developing RESTful services, using NodeJS or J2EEo 2+ years of experience with Angular 7 or higher, with excellent debug skillso 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and JavaScript related utilitieso 4+ years of experience with distributed version control systems such as GitLab/GitHub/BitBucketo 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, developing and deploying in serverless environmentso 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics with Tealium iQ Tag Managero Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and integrating microservices into large applicationso Facilitates and leads troubleshooting activities and possess excellent debugging skills with backend microservices and related issueso Proven experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanbano Experience with JIRA, managing JIRA tickets and Agile sprints and backlog updateso Experience with Relational databases (Mysql, Postgres, etc.) and related caching APIs (Redis, Varnish)o Experience with build/SCM tools such as Maven, ANT, NPMo Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the United States atleast three (3) out of the last five (5) yearsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSo US citizen or a Green Card holdero Proven oral and written skills to communicate with external and internal stakeholders effectivelyo Experience with CMS or Health Care organizationo AWS certification(s)o SAFe certification(s)o 1 year of experience with Unix/Linuxo Experience with continuous delivery and integration tools: Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, etc.
