Resident Engineer, Senior Staff - Tier III/IV - Data Center - TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph - Permanent

Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Tier 3/4, Senior Network Engineering Design/Architecture, Operational, and Support experience in Service Provider, Enterprise, and Data Center network environments. This role is 100% on-site. Relocation support can be available for the right candidate.The candidate must have a detailed understanding of protocols used for IP networks and demonstratable technical expertise in the configuration, troubleshooting, and operation of IP-based routers, switches, and security devices.

• ­Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols associated with IP networks: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, multicast, associated tunneling technologies (GRE, IPsec, etc.), Filter-Based Forwarding (policy-based static routing)
• Products to be supported: MX, EX, QFX, SRX, CTP

• Experience with Juniper products a plus, but not a requirement
• Certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE a plus
• Experience with Automation Frameworks, DevOps Concepts, Virtualization, and Programming Languages a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively work independently and function in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work calmly under pressure
• Ability to prioritize work activity to achieve customer and account team goals
• Expert level relationship management, communications skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively work with customer engineers and JTAC to resolve hardware and software issues and implement solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate case status updates and deliver root cause analysis
• Support informal and formal technology briefings and training sessions
