Construction Superintendent - 10 Month Project Starting 1/4/26

We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join our team!

The Project:

Retail, Tenant Improvement

10-Month duration

Baltimore, MD Area

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500.00 - $1,900.00 per week

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the construction project onsite from planning to implementation

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

Familiarity with construction management software

Strong leadership qualities

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
