Handyman - Experienced

General Info:

We're two private landlords looking for a part-time, skilled handyman to help maintain our 55-unit rental portfolio. We already have one handyman who was full-time for years, but he is looking to scale back his hours. You would have flexibility to schedule repair jobs around your own schedule. Need about 15-20 hours per week. We're easy to work with and take good care of our properties.

Requirements:

5 years experience

Own reliable truck and tools

Can do most everything

Plumbing (repair/change fixtures, including water heaters)

Electric (replace outlets, switches, fixtures)

Flooring (LVP, ceramic tile)

Drywall & Wall tile (bathroom and kitchen)

Light carpentry (windows, doors, kitchen cabinets)

Vinyl Siding & Gutter/downspouts.
