Job Title: Full-Time/ Part-Time Cleaning Porter

Location: Ellicott City,Md

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time availabe

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of building lobbies

Vacuum stairwells and high-traffic areas

Clean and maintain interior and exterior windows

Empty and replace outdoor trash bins daily

Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded

Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Requirements:

Previous cleaning or porter experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Punctual, dependable, and professional
