Security staff team member

Popular Tavern/ Sports Bar located in Columbia MD looking to hire security team staff.

We are seeking experienced doormen to join our security team. As a security team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.

Job responsibilities:

Monitoring crowd behavior and enforcing establishment policies

Checking valid IDs

Assisting in conflict resolution

Providing excellent customer service while ensuring safety

Collaborating with other staff members to handle emergencies and escalated situations

Support with other tasks when needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience as a bouncer or in a security role is preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, special events, and holidays
