The Bluebird Cocktail Room needs a full-time KITCHEN MANAGER. 1 year experience in kitchen management is required. Responsibilities include ordering, inventory, and scheduling. This job does not require long and grueling hours, though nights and weekends are a must. You will work directly with the executive chef. Health benefits, paid sick leave, vacation.
