Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the bus route or light rail.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.

POSITIONS ARE AT OUR LUTHERVILLE, MD STORE

MEAT CUTTER/BUTCHER ASSOCIATE-FULL TIME and PART-TIME (Full Time/Health Benefits)

· 3 years of meat cutter/butcher experience OR highly experienced Strong Cook/Chef

· Will operate and maintain meat processing equipment, such as grinders, slicers, and saws.

· Trim excess fat, remove bones, and portion meat into desired cuts.

· Package and label meat products for display or storage.

· Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

· Must have exceptional customer service skills, great attitude and professional manner

MEAT CUTTER/BUTCHER APPRENTICE-FULL TIME AND PART TIME (Full time/Health Benefits)

3 years as a Cook/Chef willing to train to became as a apprentice for the meat cutter/butcher
