Must Haves:

1) Be willing to network and prospect

2) Advertise - do community events (they are easy to do)

3) Someone who thinks outside the box

4) Long term. Willing to share 50/50 in all costs. Marketing, office assistant, office space, office supplies etc

5) Willing to learn, coaching and being Tech savy. Web site, Facebook, instagram. You need to use them all.

6) Serving Montgomery County and Washington, DC. Need someone in or near Bethesda.

This is not an easy job, but yet it is if you do all of the right things. I have been at this for 30 years and I can and will show you what you need to do. This is no longer a solo Agent business.
