Wholesale pastry kitchen searching for nightshift bakers to fill out the team. Shift starts at 4:30 - goes to roughly midnight depending on how busy the night is.

All handcrafted breakfast pastries. Job duties include: scooping/weighing muffins; prepping/eggwashing croissant, danish, scones for the oven; baking all of the items; glazing/topping/filling the baked pieces; packing the orders; light cleanup/organization for the cleaning crew that comes on after the bake is finished.

Some restaurant/bakery experience is helpful, but not necessary - you can be trained to this work. We don't have customers coming in the door - we are a wholesaler that delivers. It's a great night of listening to music and making really beautiful pastries.
