Carpenter with 1 - 3 years experience

I'm an experienced frame to finish carpenter looking to expand to a small crew in order to fulfill a lengthy schedule of work. Ideally looking for 1 or 2 individuals who have experience on a job site and familiarity with the requisite tools; a strong desire to learn & improve will go a long way.

Jobs include new construction, additions & remodels. Framing, door & window installs, siding, minor roofing & flooring, interior & exterior trim, cabinet installs, full bath remodels. Occasional shop work/builds, tile jobs and hardscape jobs. I'm happy to pass along knowledge/teach onsite, but expectation is for basic skills, strong work ethic and desire to improve.

W-2 position, able to provide 40 hours/week, but flexible around start/end of day and 4 vs. 5 days/week. Must have reliable transportation; most job sites located between Portland & Brunswick/Harpswell (I'm located in Freeport). Paid travel possible for long distance sites.
