Requirements:

Proficiency in construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and cost management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Budgeting proficiency

Prior experience in the flooring or building industry

Keen attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficient in relevant computer software for estimating and design

Retail experience is preferred
