Vacation property manager / winter monitor

Responsible, professional individual needed to manage a vacation property in Portland, Maine during the winter months beginning December 2024. Owner lives out of state. Responsibilities include checking on the property regularly to ensure heating system is working, as well as supervising snow removal. Some monitoring of heating system can also be performed via internet. Responsibilities do not involve leasing or tenant management. Property is unoccupied during the winter months. Must provide local references.
