Apartment maintenance

We are looking to contract a general maintenance person. We have 100 apartments on the peninsula in Portland. Our need is mostly light maintenance but depending on experience/desire there are bigger projects. English is not the first language for many of our tenants so being willing to use a translator is helpful.
