Commercial fishing job, lobster and dragging

I’m looking for a deck hand, I fish 800 traps all 20’s and I have a 54 foot stern trawler I do 2-3 day trips on as well.

Pay is percentage. The lobstering is all day trips nice boat split wheel house and no junk traps.
